I had never done a live Yoga class before. Rich did a great job leading the group. He kept up a good pace while at the same time explaining the movements.

I enjoyed going to a different studio and experiencing JIP with a twist. I wasn’t crazy about music over Zoom - it was my first experience with it and I personally found it distracting. The instructorexperienced technical difficulties and managed this, the class andherself without any ruffles! I was impressed!
