I have never (and I mean never) stuck to a work out. I love how OHY connects my brain to the physical aspect with the inquiry work. I've never felt more connected to my body and my life. Not only am I full on addicted, I've never felt more included in a community. I know I can come just how I am and be accepted and seen as long as I show up on my mat.

Last night when I signed up tech support was immediately available to help me navigate the portal. Today when I took my first class, I liked that zoom automatically opened from the class I booked'a button. One suggestion I will make is if there is a technical difficulty that interrupts the flow of class and another certified teacher is online perhaps they could immediately take over class instead of waiting any length of time for the original teacher to return. All and all it was a great first day back in class and I felt like I understand now why online works for many people who have lots of things going on like kids and jobs. They truly can get to OhY everywhere!! Love it!
