• I've been practicing hatha yoga for about 15 years in NY. Finding OYP here in Estero, FL has been a godsend for me. I have learned so much from this school of teachers in the last two years. I feel the best I've felt in years. This type of yoga is for life. And the studio is what I call spa-like. Beautiful and clean. The instructors are so dedicated to our practice! It's a very warm family here at OYP. I'm so happy to practice here.
