Never had training before and post covid I am so out of shape and the heaviest ever in my life, BUT you ALL were inviting, encouraging and very helpful to accommodate my beginner needs. This welcoming attitude is what can help change lives and I love being part of something like that! Looking forward to a life changing transformation!
