• Our House has been a blessing for my husband & me. Your Rock Steady program has really helped Bob with his Parkinsons symptoms. The Silver Sneakers excercise has really helped us both with mobility, balance & strengthing. It's has been a great place to meet people too.

• Just a very healthy / positive atmosphere - everyone on the same page in terms of "team" "family" patience / understanding / encouragement.
