• Lanier has been my trainer for years. He has helped me so much. For the gym personally, I feel comfortable there. I want to be healthy. People are encouraging. No one is negative ( I am overweight and sometimes in other atmospheres that can be an issue, but not there). It says a lot to me. People see you trying and they see your progress and they are positive and cheer you on.
