Balanced workouts involving a variety of movements for strength and mobility. The intensity is up to me, and it can get pretty intense. The coaches are great, offering suggestions for subtle technique tweaks that make a difference. Such a special place.

I had taken a bit of a break from attending OSI due to "life". A couple of the coaches reached out to me to check in and see how I was doing and feeling. They were always supportive. Several other members of the OSI community reached out from time to time to let me know I was missed. Last night was my first time going back. I felt very welcomed. I participated in the Reset and Restore. It was the perfect way to ease back into a regular routine at OSI as well as stretch and reconnect with my body at the end of the day.

It's a fabulous place to work out. The facility is well organized for ease of flow for multiple interactive activities. It is always clean and sanitizing materials are made available at all times. The instructors are well informed, professionals who treat each participant as if he/she is personally important to them. This caring creates a community that feels like family ready and willing to support me on my journey.
