OSI is not a typical gym with dumbbells and treadmills. It's a safe space providing every single person an opportunity to enhance their lifestyle in a judgement free zone. After being a member of what feels like every big box gym, my only wish is that I had found OSI sooner. The trainers are excellent. The workouts are great. And the members will make you feel like you're surrounded by family. There is something for everyone here no matter where you are on your fitness journey.
