Coach Will always plans a great training session. He puts a lot of thought into the circuit he plans. He walks through the technique of each station before we get started. He is always positive and high energy. He pays close attention to each person in class and coaches to our individual needs, strengths and weaknesses. I always feel accomplished and that I have given my all at the end of Will's class.
