The whole environment is filled with such a positive energy!! I can literally feel it the moment I walk in; from the way I'm greeted, to the people who call OSI home! The other thing that really impresses me is you can tell that ALL the coaches are passionate about using their knowledge to help you develop the foundational tools of proper form and nutrition - they are SOLD OUT in helping you reach your goals no matter where you are in your Fitness and Nutrition journey!!
