• I called last minute on Sunday to see if I could get in for an appointment and it didn't get answered which I was totally fine with thinking the spa may be closed for the holidays or that I just wasn't meant to have a massage yesterday! I received a call back even though I didn't leave a message and was offered a few options and got in at 1:30 with Stan. I really appreciated that the spa calls back even when someone doesn't leave a message and was able to accommodate my last minute request! It really changed my weekend around and it's one of the many reasons I like going to Pause and have brought several friends over time. I didn't realize how much I needed that appointment until I left so thank you and have a great holiday season
