• Got a last min reservation online. It was a god send. Brandye went above and beyond helping me with a problem hamstring. I was visiting Chicago, and was in bad shape. She helped immensely. I cannot express my gratitude enough.

• I had an 80 minute salt stone massage given by Brian. It was relaxing and therapeutic and felt great. It was reasonably priced and the staff are all very professional. The facility is clean and sanctuary-like. I would highly recommend Brian and Pause.
