• Taylor was very quick and did a great job. The last lady I came to made my skin so raw and didn't even get all of the hair. Taylor, on the other hand, got it all in just a few pulls and the skin wasn't even irritated afterwards.

• When I booked my appointment online, I had specifically chosen Olga as my esthetician because I'm very particular, and because Olga is just amazing! However, when I walked in yesterday, there was an attempt to pair me with a different esthetician which was disappointing and slightly frustrating.
