• Sonia was excellent - very thorough, listened carefully, very attentive. The reason it's not a 10: Since some of the processes folks go into your place for are kinda personal, I wonder about having a section of your waiting space be out of sight from everyone on the street. I personally don't like to to be seen at a hair removal place. (Maybe that's just my own sensitivity!). Thanks.
