The specialist that performed my service was respectful of my privacy and efficiently managed the time to ensure she completed the service to the best possible standard. She was very personable. She also checked with me on my parking ticket. Often times we forget validating tickets so to have a business take care of their clients not just in the service but the entire experience from booking, the service, parking and follow up with after care is exactly what a client is looking for and also what will set the business out amongst its peers. I am definitely a return client.
