• I rated your establishment a 9 instead of 10 because, the technician that assisted me didn't know that I had a sauna session was included in my spa package. After the dead sea scrub & showering, she re-moisturized and then told me she didn't know I was scheduled for the sauna. I utilized the sauna for only12 out of 20 minutes because I didn't want to have to shower again. I'm rating Miranda, who provided reflexology a "10", she was amazing. Thank you.
