• I have been doing individual personal training sessions 2 to 3 times a week for the last two years. I am 74 years old & my joints dont work like they used to. The trainers at Orange Shoe bring an expertise to the workout sessions that allow them to design specific exercises that help strengthen my muscles and as a result, I feel better and am able to do things that, two years ago, were difficult for me to handle.
