• My wife and I were only in Madison for a month, wanting a place to train. Ryan did a very thorough evaluation and came up with a plan for each of us. We went in twice a week. The facility is large, open and clean, with excellent equipment. Staff is friendly and was very helpful. We felt our sessions were demanding, leaving us tired in a good way. We are considering continuing to train with Ryan via Zoom after we return home.
