The trainer I saw is really focused on my individual needs. She explained the movements and made sure I understood exactly how they will help me. She is helping me to meet my goals in a way that is positive. I look forward to continuing to work with her. The owner Abby is also very invested in my goals and has been great to work with.

I truly have never felt so comfortable in a gym setting - everyone is so friendly and the staff is super helpful and offers extra assistance if needed. I never feel intimidated working out there. 10/10 recommend this to anyone
