My massage therapist was super skilled and very thorough -- staff was very kind and accommodating -- one suggestion I would say is using a warm damp towel to lightly wash off lotions and oils at end of Massage always feels like a nice way to slightly clean up before putting on the clothes you walked into th e place with. Other than that I have zero complaints
