Laura helped my joints unbelievably. I have struggled with carpel tunnel throughout my pregnancy and at 23 weeks I got my first prenatal massage and after sharing with her where my areas of tension were, whatever magic she performed gave me my first distress-free night of sleep. I didn't have any tingles, numbness, or tenderness in my hands at all. I'm so thankful for her. I can't wait to make another appointment!

My primary masseuse is Jeanine Zukin but I've gone to others who are experts in their field . Jeanine is exceptionally gifted at knowing where to go and how to address your problem areas . When I was (3years ago) pregnant she alleviated my back pain for the rest of my pregnancy . Simply put Optimal is the best!
