Because J Zukin is awesome. :) Jen is always helpful and friendly and I get a genuine sense of community when I visit Optimal. I also like vibe at Optimal in terms of the way this business is run. They are customer/client centric and use technology efficiently for scheduling and administration. I actively recommend Optimal to many people. I could be sales and marketing! :)
