I tried a reflexology massage for the first time. The first few minutes in I was thinking that it was pretty strange but I went along and closed my eyes and relaxed. Halfway through I was practically asleep. By the end I was asleep. I was so relaxed it was difficult to get off the table. I felt so relaxed the rest of the evening. I will be mixing reflexology into my regular routine
