• Massages I've had at other places have felt like the therapist was on auto pilot, doing a preset series of massages without attending to what my body needed. It was not until I tried Optimal that I realized it could cause different. At Optimal the therapist tailors your treatment to your own needs. Their expertise is truly impressive as they know exactly what to do to reset my back after I mess it up by slouching and sleeping on my stomach. I love Optimal!
