I don't know how Jackie does it but when I arrived I couldn't turn my neck and my shoulders and lower back were hurting. Jackie "R3rd" me and when I left I had full range of motion in my neck and my lower back felt better. The next day my shoulders felt better as well. If you've never experienced her technique you owe it to yourself to do so. It really works!
