Massage therapist, Mary Catherine, was excellent. Very skilled & passionate in her profession. (I've had great experiences with other team members @ Optimal over the years with the same wonderful experience). I haven't had the opportunity to relax & mend my body in a while. Needed this before a big snow storm, (we do snow removal/shoveling services) after a tough past couple weeks. A bit of a last minute call -- And, she fit me right in the next day. Great team. Can't thank you enough!!
