I had never been to Restorative Yoga before and the experience was magical. The atmosphere was very relaxing with candles and soothing music and with Sandra's guidance we gently reclined into gentle stretches that left me feeling very zen-like. I would definitely recommend this to anyone... both new and experienced yogi's
