Everyone was so welcoming and Patty was very good about listening to what was going on with my body and helping with what I needed. She assured me I would get the full 60min massage even though I was the one who showed up with only a few minutes until my start time.

I was very vague with my direction to your staff, just a general massage and that I had some stress, and to feel comfortable going hard with any knots or deep tissue needs, and it was one of the best massages I've had in a long time and definitely the best massage I've had at Optimal.
