• Quaint place, prices are good, setting good. when you take your clothes off in the room really don't have a place to put anything but only a hook. when you leave the massage area to sauna, seems odd that you have to carry all your stuff it. should be some type of bag, basket, or maybe those collapsible cardboard boxes that you put on shelves , might be better than trying to carry shoes and clothes and purse and everything to another room. just a suggestion.

• The place is clean and excellent service. There was a problem that the sauna was not hot during my session. But overall, I'm always certain of good service at Open Arms.
