• Kendra was very good! She really new what she was doing . Excellent! Upon arrival, however, the process seemed unorganized, and staff seemed a bit confused. I appreciate the covid safety measures, but I feel like the process could have gone a little more smoothly. and maybe instructions given at the time of booking the appointment, in the confirmation email perhaps. More clarity would be great. I was unaware i should just stay in my car to call, until after already getting out of my car and going to the door. I think maybe pre-filling out paperwork should be an option as well, as part of the covid safety precautions. I had the new client intake paperwork already filled out and with me, and this seemed to cause more confusion rather than mainline the process. Thanks!
