The environment and staff are very calming and welcoming. The instruction is clear and helpful. I always feel better when I leave than I did before I came. I'm very glad I found Onyx!

I have been taking Reena's classes which are fabulous. Her classes are so welcoming, fun and help me become relaxed and stress free.
Your location is close to where I am staying, our instructor was concise in her instructions and demonstrations, she gave time/suggestions for modifications, she allowed us to participate at our own pace. Great instructor. I also liked the space.
