• I had a gift card issue that was resolved so easily, the customer service is phenomenal— i had lost a gift card that was a gift for me and was put under the purchaser’s account, which made it difficult to find in the system when I called in to see what my options in resolving my conflict would be. I had no hope since gift cards are essentially like cash— but Marie (store manager) was so beyond helpful and accommodating. She spent over twenty mins on the phone trying to look into the issue and resolved it with great care. My appt was awesome and I didn’t even have to deal with explaining the situation again at the store as my check out was super easy and efficient. Love this place — great quality service!
