alex was a great instructor, great music, great energy and get people. Workout was awesome! Only down side is no 8pd weighs were avail when I showed up and the 10 were too heavy 5 were too light. But overall what a great place!
Excellent instructor Anastasia. Nice, spacious practice room and reception. Clean changeroom with valuables lockers and showers.
