The class was excellent. It focused on different parts of the body. Great strengthening workout for entire body. And the music was up beat which matched the energy in the class
After a long break, I had a great workout and instruction was excellent
I really enjoy the intensity of Pilates class, and the fact that it is heated all add to the experience.
Nice and clean facility. Great teachers. Cute dogs!
