You are truly one of the best yoga studios I've ever had the pleasure of practicing at.
I thought the instructor was really great, the workout hit every area of my body. I never felt like anything was too much or too little although I was able to do some modifications myself his instructions were very concise and clear and great energy The studio was clean and friendly environment. I liked the space the lighting and the heat all important and was very comfortable for me.
