Very good instruction with many options based on abilities and also individual attention as required. Very calming and accepting environment. The instructor is amazing.

It had to do mainly with those little fishies you keep in the toilet that exfoliate the dead skin from my forehead when I soak it after every class.
I had a great session and left feeling good n
All the classes are awesome but esp Andrew’s classes are very enthusiastic 😊
