Great atmosphere, clean facilities, instruction per class description is suberb
Bc I would not change the amazing experience of doing hot Pilates. It's was a great sweat- hard on the body I just have to keep trying.
The doors get locked and it is a bit of a inconvenience sometimes.
The classes are clear, engaging, instruction is amazing and it's an overall great atmosphere and workout.

The studio is clean, bright and spacious.
The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and amazing teachers.
There are a good selection of classes throughout the day.
The change rooms and showers are clean, spacious and private.
There is plenty of parking and it's free.
The location is central and while not close to me (I drive 30 minutes each way), I can usually coordinate a class with a meeting or errand.
