It's an amazing workout! You really get pushed to reach your maximum limit. The teachers are amazing and love the loud music they play.
The studio is exceptionally clean and following lots of social distancing and safe protocols. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and safe.
Always welcoming and friendly staff.:) Also, it felt very safe regarding all the Covid protocols and thank you for holding the door..and so great to practise in person again!
