Best HIIT classes, I can actually see how easily I can get toned, instructors put so much effort into designing the class and giving cues to make the experience unique
Andrew is the best-eat
It's a harder full body workout than some of the other online ones I've seen/done. More structured full class than the IG snippets u see. It's kept me from gaining too much weight over the last 1.5 yrs.
Some feedback:
- more often mention what muscle group each exercise is working out (e.g. I have no idea what Halo does).
- change the music. I feel it's been same playlist for way too long. :)
