I would put 10 but hot yoga is not for everyone :) I would 100% recommend to people who I think can handle it
I attended two classes and both were very good. Since, I have not done yoga previously therefore few poses were a bit intense for me. Overall, an amazing experience and looking forward to attend further classes.
