Wonderful experience over all. From the moment i stepped into the studio the energy was warm and welcoming. I was informed on how things work and shown how to prepare for class.
The class was fantastic. The instructor was wonderful. Her warm tones, in-depth knowledge and calm nature propelled this class in ways i have never experienced.
I felt my mind rest for a short moment, which is quiet rare these days, and felt the energies flowing.

it was about the midgets. Such a nice touch having midgets attend to your needs in the shower stalls.
