Nice studio nice staff and great yoga instructors. My only one negative comment would be that there is not 7 or 8 am classes. It goes from 6am to 9:30 am. Nothing in between :(. That's all! Other than that I love it!
Its fun, extremely clean, organized, always on time. I love the classes because I feel like lm getting a great work out, they push me. Great music, instructors and a fun group of participants. I highly recommend it. I also find I get good results. Plus the doggie is sweet 🥰🥳⭐️
