The instructors are enthusiastic, fun and knowledgeable. Plenty of Class choices and times are convenient. Today we had a spooky spin for Halloween which was a lot of fun and added a different twist on our spin class!
I don’t think you could get a better team of instructors! Not only do they motivate and love what they do, but they inspire you to challenge yourself, both in and out of the studio! So happy to part of this community.
