I felt that Kelly did an awesome job and the drum and chimes added to the already amazing stretches and meditation that I was already experiencing. I would definitely recommend this yoga class to everyone. I will definitely be back.
Great Instructors! Always mixing it up making workouts 🏋️♀️ fun and exciting. (Minus the squats 🤷♀️)
One cycle is the best workout venue I have ever been to! Starting with the Owner/Instructor Ashley, she is simple the best. All of the instructors care about everyone And they take the time to be sure you are doing each workout correctly for the best results.
