Both Mary and Ashlee are supper kind. Explained everything about the cycle bike and made me feel very comfortable along with Mary who did a great yoga class and showed all the moves. It was very relaxing and I enjoy this class very much

Mary is a great instructor- warm and encouraging and always providing alternatives for certain positions.
