Best group of spin instructors this side of the moon
Great class based workouts with wonderful instructors. Joining a gym was not something I was looking for, but I am so glad I found One Strong RI. It has become my 2nd home. They have a variety of classes and they are challenging and fun workouts. The owner, Ashlee, is inspiring and the team of instructors is amazing. They are all committed to motivating and encouraging you. A great community to belong to.
