The studio offers a wide variety of classes that provide safe and challenging workouts for all ability levels. All class offerings are included in the monthly price. The cancellation policy is very reasonable.
I love this place!! Ash is awesome but so are the other instructors! I love incorporating strength and cardio work in the classes!
The instructors are motivating and challenging. I’m enjoying the cycling classes and looking forward to trying a HIIT class.
