The instructor has excellent energy, motivation and music choices
I was so afraid to go at first. I have an exercise like that in years. But the instructor was awesome and the other people that were taking the class were awesome and it was a really great experience. I can't wait to sign up for more!
Workouts are always challenging, staff is always encouraging and motivating.
