Mary's class is always what I need. Her practice is easy to follow, her personality is one that is grounding , I walk out feeling better and often with a lesson I needed.
I really enjoy the variety of classes and the instructors
The instructors are all amazing. The variety of classes that are available is wonderful. The sense of community and kindness amongst members and instructors alike is my favorite part.
