Sometimes in the mornings the classes run late, this causes me to run late to work so my morning becomes rushed.

I left yesterday's session feeling great. I had neglected myself for quite a while and I was stiff and very sore throughout my back. I work a desk job and have a long commute every day so it doesn't help! Yesterday's class feels like I had the benefits of a 5 hour massage and I also had the best sleep I've had in ages.
